Return Window
You have a generous 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your purchase is the perfect match for you.
Return Criteria
For a smooth return experience, please ensure that:
- The item is in unused and excellent condition.
- It's returned in its original packaging, looking as snazzy as when you first received it.
- All the tags that came with the item are still attached.
How to Start a Return
If, for any reason, you'd like to return an item, we'd love to know why – your feedback means the world to us. Reach out to us at hello@promenons.co, and our team will assist you in starting the return process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and check the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly to your original payment method. Give it a little time – around 10 business days – for the magic to happen.
What's Not Returnable
While we hate to disappoint, some items can't join the return party. These include:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Anything customized or personalized.
- Items that have been given a bit too much love and aren't in their original condition.
Exchanges (or the Lack Thereof)
Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like something different, go ahead and start a return, then place a shiny new order.
